We want you to be happy with your purchase and therefore have a 14 day return policy – even if you have changed your mind! If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. At times throughout the year, Urbanbar Design may extend the 14 day period to allow for holiday closure periods such as Christmas.
Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will also need your original receipt, which is your online purchase order confirmation.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within seven days. If your returning merchandise totals $1,000 or more and you are requesting a Tax Adjustment Note, your name, address and ABN (if applicable) will be required.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will exchange it within seven days of receiving the item. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the problem.
