Prepare your file for DTF printing

For the clearest result, supply artwork at the size you want it printed. A transparent-background PNG at 300 dpi at final print size is a useful starting point. If you have vector artwork, you can send that too.

Before you send it

• Include the final print width or dimensions in centimetres.
• Remove unwanted backgrounds and check small gaps, outlines and fine detail at print size.
• Keep very fine lines and details clear; around 0.5 mm or thicker is a useful guide for DTF, depending on the design.
• Tell us the garment colour and print placement. Our DTF process prints in CMYK, so screen colours can differ from the finished transfer.
